This Shiraz is dedicated to Wendy Spence, founder and inspiration behind Norton Estate. This wine, made from a small block of 600 shiraz vines, displays the deep passion Wendy had for the vineyard. This wine displays her love of these vines, with elegance, complexity and style. An elegant wine, with pure dark fruit aromas, interwoven with layers of spices, violets and warm toasty oak. This complex, multilayered wine will soften and develop until 2032.
Very small batches of 300 bottles are made each year, but only if the fruit gives the correct flavours, to respect the quality that Wendy would have strived for.
