First planted in 1998, Sauvignon Blanc thrives in our vineyard. This fruit was hand-picked at its optimum ripeness and a portion of these grapes were fermented on skins and matured on lees in new French oak to give a fine texture to this wine. Displaying lifted aromas of freshly cut grass, preserved lemons and gooseberry with a hint of oak. The palate displays elegant fruit flavours balanced by lingering crisp acidity. A lovely wine that is ready to drink now.
